Join Dr Anthony Rafferty and Cathy McCarthy for six days of healing, sacred ceremony and spiritual exploration in Portugal.
This immersive retreat is an invitation to explore your soul's purpose, uncover the fears and patterns that may be holding you back from achieving it, and reconnect with the wisdom and gifts you carry within.
Drawing on shamanic traditions, energy medicine, sacred ritual and the teachings of Yeshua and Mary Magdalene, we will guide you through a carefully designed journey of remembrance, healing and transformation.
Throughout the retreat, you will experience shamanic journeys, cacao and fire ceremonies, hands-on energy healing, sacred attunements, sound healing and opportunities for personal reflection and integration.
Your Six-Day Journey
Thursday 1 April | Opening the Sacred Space
We begin by gathering in ceremony, opening sacred space and setting our intentions for the days ahead. Anthony and Cathy will share their perspectives on the Great Awakening and the spiritual significance attributed to the prophecy of 2027. Oracle cards from both of their decks will be drawn to offer symbolic guidance for the journey ahead.
Friday 2 April | Retrieving Your Destiny
Our first full day begins with a sacred cacao ceremony, followed by a guided shamanic journey to explore your soul's destiny and reconnect with the gifts, wisdom and purpose you have come into this life to express. In the evening, we gather for kirtan, using sacred chanting and music to open to our heart’s potential.
Saturday 3 April | Facing the Shadow
Working with the shamanic energies of the Serpent and Jaguar, we journey into the shadow to explore the fears, limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns that may be preventing us from fully expressing our destiny. In the evening, a sacred fire ceremony offers an opportunity to symbolically release what no longer serves us, followed by individual healing around the fire.
Sunday 4 April | Healing & Sacred Attunement
Anthony and Cathy will facilitate hands-on energy healing, drawing on their practices of psychic surgery to correct misalignments in the physical and energetic body. In the evening, we gather for a deeply restorative Coherence Codes healing. Previously known as The Yeshua Codes & The Magdalene Prism of Light, this is Cathy’s channelled healing modality connected with Yeshua, Mary Magdalene, Christ Consciousness and the Divine.
Monday 5 April | Integration & Embodiment
A gentler day dedicated to integrating the experiences of the retreat. Through a sacred tea ceremony with Irish hawthorn, guided journalling and a sharing circle, we create space to reflect on what has emerged and how to carry these insights into everyday life. We close the evening with a restorative sound bath.
Tuesday 6 April | Closing Ceremony
We gather one final time to close sacred space, honour the journey we have shared and prepare to return home with greater clarity, connection and intention.
Terra Quinta
The Venue
Set in the beautiful countryside of Portugal's Lisbon region, Terra Quinta will be our home for six days and five nights of healing, ceremony and connection.
Surrounded by nature, gardens and peaceful outdoor spaces, this private retreat venue offers the perfect setting to step away from everyday life and immerse yourself in the experience. Between ceremonies, there will be plenty of time to relax by the saltwater swimming pool, enjoy the sauna, have a massage, explore the grounds or simply rest.
Throughout your stay, you will be nourished with freshly prepared meals, using ingredients grown on the land wherever possible.
